Job description

Design and support digital hardware platforms for semiconductor packaging machines.
Design and develop digital circuits using FPGAs and microcontrollers.
Develop digital interfaces for machine subsystems and system integration.
Perform hardware verification, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Job requirements

Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of digital circuit design and FPGA development (Verilog, VHDL, C).
Experience with Xilinx, Intel (Altera), Lattice, Pango, or Microchip FPGA devices is an advantage.
Preferred skills:
- FPGA-based system design and debugging.
- Embedded systems and industrial communication interfaces.
- Semiconductor equipment or industrial automation experience.
Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Digital Design Engineer position.
