Join us as an L&D intern and play a key role in creating training programs, while gaining valuable hands-on exposure to content creation and learning operations in a dynamic environment.

Job description

  • Assist in designing and developing engaging training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts.

  • Support the scheduling, participant registration, logistics, and follow-up of training programs, workshops, and learning events.

  • Provide general administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining training records and updating databases.

  • Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses and tracking learner progress.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

  • Year 2 to 4 undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.

  • Prior experience in event coordination, administrative support, or content creation is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative, adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
